A leisurely lunch stop today. No stops were planned between Dombas and our digs, so we could take our time, paying a visit to the supermarket for some more beer. I had a fancy for some choccy and an ice cream. 1 tinnie, 200g choc and a magnum type ice cream, kerching, £10.
Ride to our hotel/guest house was uneventful. The same glorious scenery abounds in this neck of the woods too, lush green hills, tumbling rivers and until the last 1km, blue skies. Spots of rain were falling as we rode into the car park. It's proper coming down down, so no chance of sitting on the verandah with a beer.
Hoping for the same again tomorrow, without the wet bit.
